After a brief lull, Gerald Gahima has given an interview (http://www.marianne2.fr/Rwanda-pour-Gahima-Kagame-a-tue-plus-de-de-gens-que-Kadhafi-a210301.html). But he does not seem to be quite awake, or in the alternative, he is confused, and may be he has simply run out of legitimate issues !
Gahima is a co-founder of RNC. But he now claims to have no political ambitions. Come again!
On President Kagame’s State visit to France he declares “shock” and “disappointment.” Like anybody cares?
He takes issue with France’s role in ousting Khaddafi but inviting President Kagame on a State visit and France seeking healthier relations with Rwanda. What mindless comparison.
Gahima really steps on landmines everytime he is asked about his role as Prosecutor General. He makes all sorts of wild allegations and accusations, but forgets that he was part of the government and instrumental in enforcing the rule of law. His record preceeds him. When the facts are on your side, argue the facts. When the law is on your side, argue the law. And when you don’t have either the law or the facts on your side, pound the table.
Well, Gerald, go pound sand.
Ready for this? Gahima now wants the world to believe that the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi was planned following the downing of Habyarimana’s plane — never mind that the massacres begun within two hours of Habyarimana’s plane falling from the sky. The record is clear.
Gahima now claims to have higher moral values and wants what is ” best ” for Rwanda. Well, his morals took leave when he recently met with Rwabukumba and co-conspirators, or breaks bread with those with bloody hands in Paris and Brussels.
